Key Account Manager

At Kerry, we're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for Kerry's products & technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand Kerry's presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales pipeline growth, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accurate representation of business performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, expanding customer relationships, and delivering results-oriented sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
