Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales Development Manager, where you will be responsible for:
- Meet and exceed sales targets: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Train and manage distributors: Provide support and guidance to ensure successful channel partnerships and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver product training and workshops that meet customer needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our clients.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven sales experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Location flexibility: Based in Victoria with the ability to travel as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
