Senior Sales Business Development Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue through account planning, territory planning, and field-based sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives across all product sales
- Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies across virtual teams
- Be a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap
- 7+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations
- Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
- Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Experience achieving sales targets and promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
