About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Development Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management, with a focus on developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support the delivery of key business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to program managers to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform business decisions and optimize program outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on program performance and progress.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. business, management, social science).
  • Proven experience in program management, preferably in a human services environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
