About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Asset Manager to join our team in Australian Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expertise in strategic and operational property portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on property portfolio optimization, ensuring maximum efficiency and utilization of assets.
  • Manage real estate projects, ensuring design specifications and budgets are met.
  • Contribute to achieving environmental and sustainability targets while adhering to property regulations.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver optimized business outcomes.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities related to ownership and operational costs.
Your Profile
  • 10 years of experience in commercial business management, with a focus on real estate coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, transactions, and facility management cost reduction.
  • Solid experience in commercial property leasing, development, and construction project management.
  • Proficient in time management, planning, organizational skills, property research, data analysis, and reporting.
