The People and Performance team is passionate about supporting a positive workplace culture and fostering employee growth. This role is pivotal in ensuring ARTC achieves defined organisational capability outcomes identified through the strategic plan and directly aligned to safety, ways of working, and talent development with a clear focus on leadership capability.

This exciting opportunity within the People and Performance team will see you develop evidence-based strategies and solutions that are aligned to organisational strategy and operating models to contribute to enhanced levels of employee engagement and performance.

  • You will plan and partner with the business for the implementation of integrated organisational development interventions, drawing upon internal and external benchmarking, to understand issues and identify appropriate frameworks for delivery.
  • Organisational development and design programmes and projects will be linked to ARTC Leadership Ways of Working to drive improved organisational capacity and performance.
  • You will work closely with People and Performance Business Partners, Managers, and General Managers to deliver the annual talent and succession planning processes, including a focus on identifying development pathways.

Salary: Estimated AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The successful candidate will demonstrate a career track record of success across organisational development in a complex multisite operations business with a diverse workforce. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are essential, and ideally, you will have exposure to a heavy engineering or an adjacent industry environment with exposure to operations, maintenance, engineering, and corporate stakeholders.

Tertiary qualifications are preferred, while postgraduate studies will be highly regarded.
