**City of Newcastle is seeking an experienced Program Management Leader to join our team in a permanent, full-time opportunity.

The successful candidate will work directly with frontline infrastructure business leaders and project staff to provide program and project delivery support, portfolio and program governance, project development, and project quality and compliance management.

As a Program Management Leader, you will provide direction, instruction, and guidance for capital works program delivery across the organisation and facilitate the achievement of recognised goals, programs outcomes, and benefits.

The role requires a strategic asset management focus to ensure program directions are continually aligned to deliver benefits and meet organisational goals and strategic objectives.
