Strategic Executive for NDIS and Community Development

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director to lead our NDIS and Community portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of clinical care services within best practice clinical governance.
- Drive change by anticipating requirements for the future and actively working to improve team outcomes.
- Ensure a staff focus on quality, client-centred approaches, and resident satisfaction.
- Contribute to and support the implementation of the organisation's strategic vision and plan.
- Ensure effective incident management systems are linked to risk management continuous improvement.
About You
An established executive leader within the Human Services sector with a demonstrated history of leading geographically dispersed teams driving exceptional service delivery and outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Health, Social Work or relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of experience at a senior level across Community and Home Care and/or disability services.
- Demonstrated ability to increase the commercial value of business streams.
- Experience in funding negotiation and contract management.
- Ability to think strategically and be a change agent.
- Demonstrated experience using effective governance frameworks to ensure ethical use of financial resources and professional standards of planning and budgeting.
