We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including reception, administration, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with facilities, operations, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Process incoming and outgoing parcels, manage stock levels, and coordinate shipments
  • Oversee the front reception desk and client services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration and duties, including contractor management, ID card management, and OHS issue resolution
  • Arrange and review onsite quotes and installation of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a natural communicator with strong administration and organizational skills. You must also have a can-do attitude and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
