About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to enhance our Sydney office operations. As a proactive and organized individual, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate office maintenance projects, ensuring timely execution
Conduct inspections and maintenance of key facility components to prevent equipment failures
Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports efficiently
Prepare reports for management review on a regular basis
Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure seamless IT infrastructure management
Work with Accounting, Legal, and Compliance teams to onboard and invoice new suppliers
Ensure timely processing of invoices in coordination with the payment team
Assist in annual budget forecasting and monitor budget adherence throughout operations
Evaluate external vendor performance and ensure compliance with firm requirements

About You

We are looking for a strong communicator with exceptional customer service orientation and proven problem-solving abilities. Your experience as a facilities coordinator and knowledge of finance will be valuable assets in this role.
