About the Role

Cuscal is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities and Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Senior Manager, WHS and Facilities, and broader teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities: Assist with employee desk relocations, maintain floor plan records, coordinate or complete general repairs, maintenance duties, and servicing as required.
  • WHS: Assist with WHS matters, including incident inspections, manage requests for Ergonomic Assessments, and work with the business on implementing requests.
  • Administration/Reception: Greet visitors, maintain the guest log in system, maintain and update processes and procedures, and perform data entry and generation of required reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience in a facilities and office assistant/manager role or similar.
  • Proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, strong communication and people skills, and intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Superior organisational skills, ability to establish and build productive working relationships, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
