About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Perigon Group. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with a focus on repair and maintenance, contractor management, and capital expenditure planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage repair and maintenance needs throughout the shopping centre
- Oversee contractor management and coordination
- Handle capital expenditure plans
- Assist with the tenancy delivery process
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a shopping centre or a background in electrical work or trades
- Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
