Job Title: Facilities and Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities and Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cuscal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating facilities-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities: Assist with employee desk relocations, maintain floor plan records, coordinate repairs and maintenance duties, and advise building management on issues such as plumbing and electricity.
  • WHS: Assist with WHS matters, including incident inspections, manage requests for ergonomic assessments, and work with people leaders to manage employee requests for reasonable adjustments.
  • Administration/Reception: Greet visitors, maintain the guest log in system, and perform data entry and generation of required reporting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a facilities and office assistant/manager role or similar
  • Proactive approach, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and people skills
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft products and superior organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and build productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
