Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a skilled Receptionist to enhance our operations.

Position Overview
As a vital contributor to our organization, you will deliver exceptional customer service and administrative support within our expanding department. Your role will be essential in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing accurate information and completing necessary documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
The Receptionist will be responsible for a range of administrative and customer service tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries while supporting sales objectives;
  • Continuously enhancing your understanding of Bradnam's products and staying informed about relevant building regulations;
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within sales processes;
  • Collaborating with the credit department and assisting fellow customer service team members;
  • Upholding safety standards and adhering to all site protocols regarding mandatory safety equipment and procedures.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role with a focus on customer service is preferred;
  • Proficient data entry skills are crucial;
  • Maintain a positive approach to all tasks while demonstrating a commitment to safety practices;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational and multitasking capabilities;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
