Position Overview
Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Administration Representative to enhance our operations.

Role Responsibilities
As an essential part of our team, you will deliver outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks effectively. Your contributions will support the overall efficiency of our department.

Key Duties Include:

  1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries and assisting in achieving sales objectives;
  2. Enhancing your understanding of Bradnam's products and staying informed about relevant building regulations;
  3. Identifying opportunities for improvement within the sales processes;
  4. Collaborating with the credit department and supporting your colleagues in customer service;
  5. Maintaining a commitment to safety and adhering to all site protocols regarding personal protective equipment and operational procedures.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week

Qualifications and Skills
