Bradnam's Windows and Doors is seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Administration Representative to enhance our operations.
Role Overview
As an essential member of our organization, you will deliver outstanding customer service to support our expanding department. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities by providing accurate information and completing necessary documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Administration Representatives will engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Delivering prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries while aiding in achieving sales objectives;
- Continuously enhancing your understanding of Bradnam's offerings and staying informed about relevant building regulations;
- Identifying opportunities for improvement within the sales process;
- Collaborating with the credit department and supporting fellow customer service team members;
- Exhibiting a commitment to safe work practices and adhering to all site protocols regarding mandatory safety equipment and procedures.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
Qualifications and Skills
We will equip you with the necessary tools and training to excel in this role and embody the Bradnam's Difference.
- Proficient in Data Entry - Essential;
- Prior experience in an administrative role focused on customer service is preferred;
- Maintain a positive approach to all tasks while prioritizing safety;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Excellent interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational and multitasking skills;
- Competency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
