Position Overview
As an essential member of our organization, you will deliver outstanding customer service and perform Reception duties to support our expanding department. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Receptionist will engage in a range of Reception and Administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Deliver prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries, contributing to sales objectives;
- Continuously enhance your understanding of Bradnam's offerings and stay informed about relevant building regulations;
- Identify opportunities for improvement within sales processes;
- Collaborate with our credit department and support fellow customer service team members;
- Commit to safe work practices and adhere to all site protocols regarding mandatory safety equipment and procedures.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week
Qualifications
We will equip you with the necessary tools and training to excel in this role and embody the Bradnam's Difference.
- Previous experience in Reception or administration within a customer-centric environment is preferred;
- Strong data entry skills are crucial;
- Maintain a positive approach to tasks while demonstrating a commitment to safety;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
