About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Sales Professional to join our team at Mounties Care Mobility & Independence in Mount Pritchard, NSW.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customers receive comprehensive information about our products.

Your duties may include:

  • Driving sales growth and achieving individual and company objectives
  • Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining high-level customer service standards
  • Managing day-to-day retail store operations
  • Efficiently processing rental and return transactions
  • Handling phone enquiries, emails, and intranet leads with proficiency
  • Processing deliveries and pickups, assisting with stock management and replenishing stock on the shop floor
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in retail and sales
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and passionate approach to all aspects of your duties
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • The successful applicant must be prepared to complete a NSW Police Check
