About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team at Mounties, based in Mount Pritchard, NSW, on a full-time basis.
This role involves being the first line of support for hardware and software issues across the group. Key responsibilities will include managing and resolving helpdesk requests, day-to-day system troubleshooting, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, performing installations and software upgrades, providing printer, laptop & mobile device support, assisting in coordination and implementation of system updates, troubleshooting LAN/WAN infrastructure and creating user accounts and permissions.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an IT Help desk support and network management role.
- Knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365.
- Virtual infrastructure experience.
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology is highly regarded.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced network diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and work against multiple priorities.
- A high level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential information.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
