Job Overview:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. You'll be a key member of our close-knit branch at Mt Barker, working closely with suppliers to maintain margins and responding to customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions and in-store experience that inspires our customers.
  • Manage sales orders, quotes, and customer projects.
  • Build relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
  • Respond to customer queries and make follow-up calls.
