About the Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in promoting diversity and inclusion within a dynamic organization.

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment and Retention Advisor will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employment pathways for First Nations employees.

The successful candidate will provide coaching and support to all First Nations employees, ensuring they have access to HR needs and programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the attraction strategy for First Nations employees
  • Providing culturally sensitive support to First Nations workforce
  • Creating opportunities for personal and professional development of our First Nations employees
  • Providing advice on complex topics to stakeholders

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing diversity workforce programs and initiatives
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively on sensitive issues
  • High level of written and verbal communication
