Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our culturally sensitive programs and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of mental health, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), and community support services.

This leadership role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level advice and guidance on program planning and decision-making
  • Lead and manage the delivery of government and partner-funded programs
  • Supervise and mentor team members to ensure capability development and performance excellence
  • Strengthen connections with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities to ensure services are culturally safe and responsive
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in program leadership within the health, community, or social services sector
  • Strong understanding of issues impacting CALD communities
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop staff
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
