Senior People and Culture Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior People and Culture Specialist. This key role will play a critical part in delivering expert advice and people solutions that drive positive business outcomes and support the wellbeing of our workforce.

As a Senior People and Culture Specialist, you will work closely with leaders and managers to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet evolving business needs. You will provide guidance on sensitive employee relations issues, ensure compliance with relevant policies and laws, and contribute to building leadership capability across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background, excellent advisory skills, and a proven ability to navigate complex employee matters. You will be confident in advising senior leaders, skilled in developing and implementing strategic solutions, and committed to creating a high-performing, inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement effective workforce solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Provide expert advice on sensitive employee relations issues, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Leadership Capability Development: Coach and mentor leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Workforce Planning: Utilise workforce data and trends to inform decision-making and support evidence-based planning and change.
