Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Professional to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful onboarding of new clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include project managing all assisted onboarding aspects for new clients, including process mapping and data migrations. You will work closely with clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Track the onboarding lifecycle for each client, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Communicate closely with clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Assist with business configurations, including user permissions, licensee requirements, logo, themes, contacts, and APL.
  • Set up templates, service packages, CRM fields, data feeds, and other necessary systems.
  • Manage data migrations, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data.
  • Facilitate training sessions, providing clients with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively use our software.
  • Document specific client requirements, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including professional services, data migrations, training, and change management.

Desired Skill Sets:

  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in adviser/licensee onboarding within a dealer group, financial planning firm, or financial planning software provider.
  • 1-2 years of experience in implementation, data migration, and change management of software systems.
  • Diploma in Financial Planning (DFP).
  • Financial planning software understanding.
  • Understanding of financial advice and the financial planning and advice process.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Understanding of cloud-based SaaS.
