Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Onboarding Specialist who embodies a warm and welcoming approach, can thrive under pressure, and possesses exceptional organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have real estate industry expertise, enabling them to empathize with customers, instill confidence, and understand unique learning needs for customized training plans.

This role involves initiating onboarding and training plans, conducting regular check-in calls, creating conversion balances, responding to support tickets, and navigating internal programs such as Slack, Trello, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Zendesk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate onboarding and training plans
  • Conduct regular check-in calls to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Create conversion balances
  • Respond to support tickets
  • Phone and Zoom support
  • Data migration support and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate and support data transfers
  • Facilitate portfolio acquisitions
  • Assist clients with receipting/reconciling their trust account
  • Ensure timely responses to clients within agreed SLAs
  • Support the Onboarding and Data Service team as required
