We are a fast-growing customer-centric business that is looking for the next generation of leaders to support our exponential growth and continue pushing the boundaries of what is achievable.

As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be to build a customer centric environment whilst drive sales to achieve both individual and store set targets. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively greeting customers, identifying their needs, and delivering solutions to close sales and satisfy customer needs.
  • Assist with store housekeeping by undertaking stock replenishment activities.
  • Support the processing of sales through the POS system.
  • Undertake a variety of operational activities.

To be successful you'll:

  • Have proven success in exceeding set retail sales KPI's and targets.
  • Previous retail experience (minimum 2 years) with high energy sales focus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, highly customer centric.
  • Proven experience within a high performing sales environment.
  • Ability to grasp and learn new product SKUs, POS, etc
  • Knowledge on 12v systems, highly regarded

We currently operate 30 stores nationally and have a wide range of products available. Our salary is $69,000 base salary + Super + Commissions.
