About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Liquor Specialist. You will work closely with our customers to provide expert advice on our liquor products, from local and imported beers to fine wines and spirits. Your knowledge and enthusiasm will set you apart, ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations on liquor products
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to stay up-to-date with new releases and seasonal offerings
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
  • Ability to lift moderate to heavy weights (up to 17kg) and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
