Job Description

HCM Australia is seeking a highly skilled Organisational Change Manager to join our team in the Strategic Business Branch's Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). This is a leadership role that will support the delivery and monitoring of ICT projects, programs, and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Realisation: Develop and manage the benefits realisation for programs/projects, including the development of benefits management approaches, benefits maps, and profiles.
  • Change Management Strategy: Work with key stakeholders to develop the change management strategy for each program/project, their associated change/communications plans, and related artefacts.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implement the change management strategies and ensure the execution of individual plans.
  • External Partner Management: Supervise external Business Transformation Partners to ensure deliverables are of the required quality and in alignment with program/project objectives.
  • Workshops and Impact Assessments: Facilitate workshops and conduct impact assessments with program/project teams and stakeholders to inform planning and execution.
  • Change Management Capability: Guide and coach program team members and relevant stakeholders to build a change management capability in their respective business areas and help improve the change management maturity of the organisation.
Requirements
  • Highly Developed Knowledge: Highly developed knowledge and experience in the delivery of digital projects and programs within a government context is mandatory.
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary level qualifications and/or certification in Project Management, Program Management, and Portfolio Management are mandatory. These include one or more of: Diploma of Project Management, PRINCE2 Foundations, PRINCE2 Agile Foundations, Management of Successful Programs (MSP) Foundations.
  • Industry-Recognised Certification: Industry-recognised certification is required.
What We Offer
  • 12-Month Contract: A 12-month contract with the opportunity to extend.
  • $150.00 per hour: A competitive hourly rate of $150.00 per hour, inclusive of superannuation.
  • Based in the ACT: Based in the Australian Capital Territory, with 2/3 days onsite.
