  • Lead or significantly influence strategies, programs, and projects pertaining to change throughout the organisation.
  • Effectively identify risks, opportunities, and trends, analyse them, articulate actions, and communicate those to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement change management frameworks and initiatives to drive organisational transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver change initiatives that meet business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to management and staff on change management best practices.

About You:

To be considered, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Design or Social Sciences.
  • Demonstrable depth in leading and using ADKAR change frameworks and initiatives in a highly dispersed and diverse workforce.
  • Demonstrable ability to pragmatically apply knowledge of contemporary change strategies and practices, project management; a proven appetite for continued development of skill and expertise in such arenas.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and commitment to occasional travel.
  • Proven problem-solver and sponsor of innovative and continuous improvement.
  • Well-developed collaborative and participative leadership skills and experience.
  • Sound understanding of the principles of change management, project management and organisational development.
  • Further relevant qualifications, such as in data and analytics, project management, strategy, or organisational psychology - desirable.
  • Genuine alignment to BaptistCare's vision, purpose and values.
