Our Opportunity

We are seeking an autonomous and self-motivated HR professional to join our global organisation and make connections to the local community. Based at our Harvey factory and supporting Forrestdale, the HR role will add value to our business through the provision of proactive and customer-focused HR services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and negotiate Enterprise Agreements for a blue-collar workforce.
  • Provide effective HR/IR services to all operational employees using a hands-on and interactive approach.
  • Coach line managers in performance management issues.
  • Manage and coordinate all recruitment processes.
  • Provide training and coaching to line managers and supervisors for the development of leaders in the business.
  • Coach line managers in practices to engage and align employees.
  • Provide generalist HR support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have solid HR experience demonstrating leadership, conflict resolution, influential presentation, and negotiation skills. Some exposure to working with Visa restrictions is well regarded, but not required. In return, we offer a challenging and enjoyable role working with employees who have passion and commitment.
