We are looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-profile projects.

  • You will play a key role in maintaining project governance and administration documentation, tracking progress, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for producing meeting minutes, agendas, and monthly reports, supporting design management and procurement activities, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

As a Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to deliver successful projects and contribute to our clients' success.

  • A recognised degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field such as Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or relatable trade experience is essential.
  • 1-4 years of project coordination experience (ideally client-side or consulting) is highly desirable.
  • Administrative skills with strength in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential.
  • Familiarity with Aconex and construction contract administration experience is highly desirable.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. English fluency to a native standard is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
