Job Title: Project Coordinator

Are you looking for a challenging role in project management?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Coordinator, where you will play a key role in supporting the coordination and delivery of multiple projects.

  • As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, schedules, resource tracking, and risk registers.
  • You will support the PMO Manager with portfolio-level governance, reporting, and oversight, ensuring project information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Assist Project Managers with creating and managing project plans, steering committee packs, budget tracking, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and engagement by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on actions.
  • Organise travel, logistics, and engagement activities to support project delivery and implementation across various sites.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting updates to project dashboards, tracking benefits realisation, and refining delivery processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and producing high-quality work.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (highly desirable).
  • Formal training in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Prince2 Foundation, or PMBOK-aligned certification (e.g. CAPM).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative project support across multiple projects of varying sizes, within an organisation-wide portfolio.
  • Proficient in reporting and project tools including Power BI, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other relevant software applications.
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with team members and stakeholders.
