Are you a Project Coordinator looking for a hands on role that makes a difference?

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Construction team. This is a hands-on role supporting project delivery through administration, procurement, logistics, and competency coordination.

About the Role

As Project Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of our construction projects—ensuring smooth office and warehouse functions, managing fleet and inventory, and supporting project teams with logistics and compliance. You'll work closely with the Construction Leader, Commercial Manager, and project stakeholders across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate procurement, inventory, and PPE distribution
  • Manage fleet servicing, compliance, and reporting
  • Support HR in training bookings and competency tracking via RIW
  • Maintain supplier records and purchase orders
  • Arrange freight, accommodation, and emergency preparedness
  • Assist with internal audits and safety compliance

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in project coordination, procurement, or logistics
  • Experience with fleet or asset management systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with RIW platform experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and time management
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
  • Ability to work independently and report to senior leadership
  • A strong ability to prioritize and ensure that things get done
