About the role In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of ICT components for new commercial site fit-outs.
From hardware installation and software setup to ensuring peripherals like headsets, keyboards, and mobile devices are delivered and deployed, your attention to detail will keep every moving part on track.
You'll work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders, tracking multiple concurrent site readiness checklists and timelines, ensuring seamless integration of technical deliverables within the broader project goals.
Key Responsibilities : Coordinate delivery and installation of IT hardware, software, data links, and user peripherals across new sites Manage project tracking, scheduling, and documentation for multiple concurrent fit-outs Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure site readiness within tight timeframes Facilitate cross-team coordination meetings and follow up on actions Provide clear, consistent updates to support project reporting and communications About you You're a confident coordinator with experience juggling logistics and timelines across multiple technical or workplace fit-out projects.
You're structured, resourceful, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make sure every site opens smoothly and on time.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring : Demonstrated experience in IT project coordination, ideally in workplace / property or fit-out environments Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to navigate multiple priorities and personalities Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Project Online, Excel, and other core project tools High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under pressure Experience working with third-party vendors and suppliers Desirable but not essential : project qualifications (Agile, Prince2, etc.)
