As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team delivering business outcomes through small-medium sized projects or components of large-scale complex transactions. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and presenting impactful deliverables to clients
  • Identifying critical client risks, issues, and mitigating these ahead of time
  • Analyzing and evaluating a company's financials to inform strategic decisions
  • Leading engagement teams and driving initiatives aligned with EY values
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for our clients
  • Reporting directly to Directors and Partners
  • Supporting business development activities to drive growth
  • Collaborating widely with the broader EY division and other teams within the organization

We have a diverse range of clients and projects across various sizes, industries, and regions. To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
  • Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Driven, yet possessing high emotional intelligence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Transaction or organizational transformation experience is highly valued
