Legal Transactions Advisor

The Legal Counsel role offers a mid-senior level position providing timely, effective, and strategic legal advice on corporate and real-estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver strategic legal guidance across the business, ensuring governance, managing risk, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with precision and efficiency.
- Establish strong relationships with internal teams, external advisors, and government bodies.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, supporting expansion into new areas and promoting a culture of awareness.
- Law degree and current Australian Practising Certificate.
- 3–6 years post-admission experience with 1+ years in-house and exposure to corporate or real estate law.
- Commercial contracts, corporations law, property, construction, IP, privacy, compliance, or litigation experience viewed favourably.
- Ability to provide clear, commercial legal advice on complex issues.
- Strong written and verbal skills with confidence engaging stakeholders.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership.
- Collaborative and adaptable with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
