Strategic Equity Advisor

Our team in Equity Capital Markets is seeking an Equity Advisor to support our clients in achieving their strategic goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing equity capital market transactions that meet the needs of our clients.
This role requires a strong understanding of corporate finance, analytical, and business communications skills. The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience in ECM, corporate advisory, markets, or a related area, as well as a Bachelor's degree from a leading university.
- The Equity Advisor will work closely with internal and external parties to manage and execute several projects simultaneously.
- They will conduct comprehensive company and industry research and trading analysis to develop and prepare presentation materials and other content for clients.
- This role plays a critical part in delivering equity and equity-linked solutions leveraging the bank's full capabilities.
- Originate, structure, and execute equity capital market transactions that meet client needs.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform investment decisions.
- Develop and prepare high-quality presentation materials for clients.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple projects.
