Strategic Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a senior strategic advisor position. Our clients require high-level guidance on complex business deals, and we need someone with expertise in transaction mechanisms and financial analysis.

This role involves working with numerous organisations across various industries, providing insights on suitable purchase price mechanisms, analysing financial results through diligence findings and interviews, and supporting negotiations with clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead SPA advisory engagements for acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors, funds, or corporate clients.
  • Provide expert advice on transaction structures, financial analysis, and negotiation strategies to clients.
  • BUILD and maintain relationships with internal contacts and external clients to develop a portfolio of high-value projects.

Key Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, transaction finance, or corporate finance.
  • Proven ability to provide expert advice on complex business deals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
