Capital Advisory Specialist Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team of capital advisory specialists in a high-performing and flexible work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years' experience in leverage & acquisition finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, corporate banking, or debt advisory.

  • Advise on diverse transactions, including bilateral & syndicated loans, LBOs/MBOs, structured financing/securitisation, subordinated/mezzanine debt, corporate bonds, and real estate finance.
  • Drive deal execution—performing financial analysis & modelling, preparing information memorandums, structuring deals, negotiating term sheets & facility documents, and managing transaction execution.
  • Closely collaborate with private equity sponsors, corporate clients, financiers, and legal advisors to ensure seamless deal progression.
  • Play a key role in originating new transactions by nurturing market relationships and identifying opportunities.

The successful candidate will possess strong credit analysis, financial modelling (Excel), and deal structuring expertise. They will also have exceptional attention to detail and written communication skills, as well as a strategic mindset with the ability to think laterally and identify creative funding solutions.
