Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled analyst to contribute to our strategic objectives through analysis and execution of capital markets transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake portfolio analysis, valuation and modelling of prospective mergers, acquisitions, capital partnerships and divestments
  • Support the preparation of presentations and board papers, including coordination with other contributors
  • Coordinate due diligence with internal and external advisors
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes
  • Engage with external advisors to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Implement stakeholder relationship management initiatives as agreed
  • Promote a collaborative team environment
  • Evaluate CR&S and HS&E implications in all capital transaction opportunities
  • Participate in corporate initiatives (e.g. volunteering)
  • Maintain ethical and responsible conduct with all parties involved in transactions
About the Role
  • University degree qualified, preferably in capital markets or corporate finance with a strong quantitative component
  • Relevant experience in finance or real estate roles
  • Advanced analytical, modelling and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
