The Opportunity

Join our Valuation Modelling and Economics team as a Senior Consultant or Manager.

You will advise clients on preserving, optimizing, raising or investing capital with major groups including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, corporate restructuring, operational transaction services, transaction support, transaction tax and valuation, modelling and economics.

Support clients regarding valuation matters in various contexts including transactions, portfolio assessment & optimisation, restructuring, and strategic planning.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct valuations of businesses and intangible assets for management planning, mergers and acquisitions, tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
  • Manage the delivery of projects within the team, preparing valuation reports, including assessment of strategic options for transformation initiatives and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
  • Think critically, identify issues, and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 to 7 years of related work experience are required. A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business is preferred, along with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Desired qualifications include direct experience using various valuation techniques and methodologies, experience in financial modelling in MS Excel, and conducting valuations for accounting and tax planning purposes.
