As a Senior Transaction Advisor, you will be responsible for working alongside and supporting senior members of the team to advise, market to and execute transactions for corporations and private equity sponsors, with a focus on leveraged and acquisition finance, high yield bonds, ratings and debt advisory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the origination and execution of domestic and international leveraged finance and high yield transactions
  • Supporting client pitching and negotiation through the preparation of clear and succinct marketing materials
  • Transaction structuring and execution, through the analysis and interpretation of financial modelling, due diligence and legal documentation, with responsibility for the preparation of underwriting and approval papers

Maintaining a current understanding of trends in the local and international leveraged finance and debt capital markets, and communicating this via market updates to internal and external stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Prior work experience in a banking front office, or related, role
  • Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
  • A well-rounded academic background from a top-tier educational institution
