Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in team leadership, engagement, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud sales, channel ecosystems, and small to medium business operations.
  • Ability to assess partner capacity and capability in Australia, ensuring maximum impact on customer acquisition, renewals, and consumption.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft cloud technologies or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in core sales, channel sales, SMB, and scale model experience, business development.
  • Excellent solution development skills, with a strong focus on technical and business requirements suitable for SMC customers.
  • Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem, including System Integrators, Independent Software Vendors, and Telcos.
  • Proven organizational, project management, and execution skills.
