Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Contracts Coordinator to fill a job-share position. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

This role is for a maximum term of 6 months, reporting directly to the Contracts Program Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Contract Manager in ensuring contractual agreements are managed and reviewed according to agreed terms.
  • Reviewing contract scopes of work for continued alignment to business requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in contract rate structures and cost avoidance.
  • Preparing and communicating contract status reports to Contract Managers.
  • Assessing and monitoring supplier risk to ensure continuity of supply in line with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification and/or technical qualifications in administration management, commerce, law, engineering, or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years' experience in supply or operational roles.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, including tracking progress against objectives.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, to influence outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (essential), SharePoint, and Arcus (preferred).
