Managing Software Agreements Specialist

This role plays a vital part in overseeing the entire lifecycle of software agreements for clients, with a focus on Cisco products.
The Software Lifecycle Specialist builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, advocating and advising clients throughout their agreement to ensure they maximize the value from their investment.
To excel in this position, you need to have a thorough understanding of Cisco Software Programs, technology, and key licensing schemes.
You should also have seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
This role requires working closely with clients to identify growth and expansion opportunities through vendor programmatic funding mechanisms.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organizations are essential.
A consultative and negotiation approach is necessary to drive business growth.
Familiarity with vendor technology and the ability to link this knowledge to our service portfolio are also required.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills are necessary for success in this role.
