In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of sales agreements, from drafting to execution. Your expertise will ensure that all contracts align with business objectives and are compliant with internal policies.
About This Job:- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful contract negotiations and closures.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with sales agreements, including pricing, payment terms, and liability clauses.
- Maintain a centralized repository of sales agreements and track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates.
- Provide guidance and training to sales teams on contract processes, standard terms, and negotiation strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCCM or CPCM are beneficial.
- Experience in contract management, preferably in the construction or building industry.
