Service Agreements Administrator

This is a key opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service to join our organization in a pivotal role.

As a critical component of ensuring the smooth and timely renewal of maintenance and service agreements, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to track renewals and maintain accurate contract records—all while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will process maintenance and service agreements, communicate with customers to confirm renewal options and resolve queries, maintain accurate contract records and customer data in our CRM system, collaborate with internal teams to manage pricing, approvals, and urgent works, and monitor renewal rates and provide insights to support customer retention.

Success in this role will come from your strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities. You'll be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively to meet key performance indicators.
