Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Lifecycle Specialist to play a crucial role in managing software agreements for our clients, with a focus on strategic partnerships and vendor relationships.

This position involves building strong internal and external connections, advocating for client interests, and advising them throughout their agreement lifecycle to ensure they realize value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of software programs, technology, and key licensing schemes to facilitate proactive and credible client discussions.
  • Experience working with diverse software vendors and solutions.
  • Proven track record in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service environment.
  • Understanding of agreement lifecycle stages and experience in proactively engaging with clients to support Sales Specialists achieve on-time renewals and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain solid stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
  • Ability to interpret client business strategy and objectives to understand opportunities for NTT Data solutions and services.
  • Knowledge of vendor technology and its core functionality & features, with the ability to link this knowledge to NTT Data's service portfolio.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills with the ability to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills.
