Account Acquisition and Development Professional

Job Overview:
In this critical Sales Development Representative role at Connecteam, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media interactions
- Recognize and qualify leads, setting up demos for the Sales team to pursue
- Create targeted email campaigns to engage with interested prospects
- Foster lasting connections with top-of-funnel leads through regular LinkedIn engagement, personalized emails, and live chat
- Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities within our HubSpot CRM system
- Partner closely with the Sales department to develop innovative strategies for expanding our customer base
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably as an SDR
- A naturally competitive spirit, coupled with high energy levels and a strong drive for results
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- An ambitious, customer-focused professional
Work Schedule and Remuneration: Standard office hours from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with an anticipated annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000.
