The Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate National Corporate Account Manager to oversee our Aged Care sales team. In this pivotal role, you will take on national management and leadership responsibilities within a designated customer portfolio, aiming to drive sales and margin growth in alignment with the strategic objectives of the business unit.

Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the commercial performance of Aged Care, increasing market share, and achieving sustainable profitability while ensuring adherence to EBOS Healthcare's strategic initiatives, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with key customers to foster long-term loyalty to EBOS Healthcare;
  • Cultivate strong supplier partnerships and support mutually beneficial initiatives;
  • Formulate and implement a growth strategy targeting expansion into emerging and evolving markets;
  • Conduct commercial evaluations of customer contracts and overall business performance;
  • Drive business growth and meet established targets for NSV, GP, and margin performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management or senior account management roles;
  • Background in Aged Care, Healthcare, or a related industry is preferred;
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively;
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong financial and commercial insight.
